FREE NEXT DAY DELIVERY IN IRELAND

At Walk we offer FREE next day delivery on all orders placed before 2pm, Monday to Friday.

We send your order by An Post who delivers nationwide Monday to Friday. Our delivery systems are very good; we can track and trace items continuously. You may receive a telephone call on the number you provide before delivery. We will email you with a tracking number so you can trace your own order. WALK Shoes aim to ship all orders either same day or following business day. We will contact you by email immediately if there is any change from our normal procedures.

FREE DELIVERY IN UK AND NORTHERN IRELAND 

At Walk we offer FREE Delivery to the UK and NI. WALK Shoes sends your order by An Post, with a 3 to 5 days delivery. A signature will be required on delivery. If you are unavailable on delivery you will receive a note with instructions on how to receive your shoes. WALK Shoes aim to ship all orders either same day or following business day. We will contact you by email immediately if there is any change from our normal procedures.

FREE EUROPEAN DELIVERY

Delivery to Europe is FREE on all orders. WALK Shoes delivers to the following EU European countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Holland, Hungary, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden and Switzerland. WALK Shoes sends your order by Post, with a 3 to 5 days delivery. A signature will be required on delivery. If you are unavailable on delivery you will receive a note with instructions on how to receive your shoes. Import duty or customs charges may apply outside of the UK and Ireland. These charges are the responsibility of you, the customer, so please contact your local customs or tax office for further info. WALK Shoes aim to ship all orders either same day or following business day. We will contact you by email immediately if there is any change from our normal procedures.

FREE INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

FREE International delivery on all orders. Walk Shoes delivers to all countries outside of Europe including: Australia, Canada, Japan, New Zealand, and United States. WALK Shoes sends your order by Post, with a 5 to 7+ days delivery. A signature will be required on delivery. If you are unavailable on delivery you will receive a note with instructions on how to receive your shoes. Import duty or customs charges may apply. These charges are the responsibility of you the customer, so please contact your local customs or tax office for further info. WALK Shoes aim to ship all orders either same day or following business day. We will contact you by email immediately if there is any change from our normal procedures.

RETURNS

Should you wish to return your order, you may do so within 30 days of purchasing the item for a full refund or exchange. The Items must be returned unworn, in the same condition you received them, and in their original box. Please go to the Request a Return page and follow the step by step instructions on how to send the shoes back to us.

We recommend using a recorded delivery service to post the goods back to us, as we cannot be responsible for any loss or damage to the goods until we receive them. If your item is faulty or if we make a mistake with your order, we will fully refund or exchange and reimburse you the cost of shipping and return postage.

This policy does not apply to purchases made over the counter at Walk, 8 Paul Street, Cork. Please note that we reserve the right not to accept your order in the event, for example, that we are unable to obtain authorisation for payment, if the item ordered is out of stock or if the item has been withdrawn from sale due to quality control reasons.

EXCHANGE

If you wish to exchange your goods for another size or colour, please contact us at hello@walkshoes.ie and let us know what size/colour you would prefer and we will hold the item for you (providing we have the size/colour you requested in stock) Upon receipt of the original goods (in the original packaging, and unworn) we will post the new size/colour to you within 30 days. Please note that the customer will be responsible for any additional postage costs.
