Should you wish to return your order, you may do so within 30 days of purchasing the item for a full refund or exchange. The Items must be returned unworn, in the same condition you received them, and in their original box. Please package the item securely, and include a completed returns form.

We recommend using a recorded delivery service to post the goods back to us, as we cannot be responsible for any loss or damage to the goods until we receive them. If your item is faulty or if we make a mistake with your order, we will fully refund or exchange and reimburse you the cost of shipping and return postage.
This policy does not apply to purchases made over the counter at Walk, 8 Paul Street, Cork. Please note that we reserve the right not to accept your order in the event, for example, that we are unable to obtain authorisation for payment, if the item ordered is out of stock or if the item has been withdrawn from sale due to quality control reasons.
If you wish to exchange your goods for another size or colour, please contact us at email@example.com and let us know what size/colour you would prefer and we will hold the item for you (providing we have the size/colour you requested in stock) Upon receipt of the original goods (in the original packaging, and unworn) we will post the new size/colour to you within 30 days. Please note that the customer will be responsible for any additional postage costs.
